Hello, I'm Shirly.
I am a Nutritionist (DipION) and I specialise in nutrition for menopause.
At the beginning of my menopause journey, I didn’t even know the word ‘perimenopause’ existed.
I always believed in working with my body, so this was and remains my philosophy when it comes to menopause.
With my knowledge of nutrition and many years of researching how to reduce and keep my menopause symptoms under control, I have reached post menopause with minimal symptoms.
It was my choice to go through menopause naturally.
But I know difficult it can be know how to look after yourself, if you can’t or don’t want to take hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
