This ensures you have the time and space to tell me about you, your concerns, worries and health goals.
From the consultation and the questionnaire I send you prior to this meeting, I then create your bespoke program.
We then meet for 20 minutes weekly.
During these times, I support, motivate and provide accountability for you through your program, to ensure you achieve the results to reduce and control your symptoms.
